Advantages and Disadvantages of Low/No Sugar Diet and Zone Diet

Although these two types are different, they are similar because they both follow the 40-30-30 allocation concept of calorie intake. The Zone follows 40% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 30% fat while the composition for No Sugar is 40% fat 30% protein and 30% carbohydrate.

Advantages of Low/No Sugar Diet and Zone Diet: Reduction of carbohydrates. It also cuts down "un-healthy" food and encourages exercise with the habit.

Disadvantages of Low/No Sugar Diet and Zone Diet: Difficulty of fitting it into one's lifestyle. It also results to rapid weight loss, which is usually followed by immediate weight gain.
