Points Diet - No exclusion on any food type as long as you don't exceed the allowed intake (in terms of points) for each day. In this diet, each food type is given a point depending on the calorie equivalent.
Advantages of Points Diet: It promotes nutritional balance. It also fits the diet of a vegetarian and is easy to follow given that you just need to monitor the "points" of your food intake.
Disadvantages of Points Diet: Weight loss is slower than other diet types.
